Your responsibilities
At XIBIX, we’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, someone patient enough to understand complex topics, but creative enough to turn them into powerful marketing stories. If you’re excited about shaping our brand presence in the digital space and love turning ideas into campaigns that make an impact, this role is for you!
- Plan, design, and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, display & remarketing)
- Create cross- and transmedia campaigns across multiple channels (web, video, social, print, events)
- Design and produce visual and multimedia content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools
- Cut, edit, and optimize video content for social and web (shorts, explainers, interviews, event footage, etc.)
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars for social media, blogs, and newsletters
- Write marketing and PR copy for campaigns, website, whitepapers, press releases, and event communication
- Build and optimize Google Ads / AdSense campaigns with strong focus on B2B lead generation
- Use AI tools for text, image, video, and audio content generation
- Create design concepts and layouts for marketing materials, case studies, and whitepapers in line with brand guidelines
- Support the growth of XIBIX’s online presence and engagement through community management and analytics
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize results
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Cloud teams to align messaging and storytelling
