Your Career
As an Azure Cloud Architect (all genders), you design, develop and evolve modern cloud architectures with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. You work on complex cloud and infrastructure projects, define standards and best practices, and ensure secure, scalable and high-performing cloud solutions.
Your responsibilities
  • Design, implement and further develop operating models for cloud platforms with a focus on Microsoft Azure
  • Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, blueprints and best practices
  • Design sustainable security and management processes for cloud applications and services
  • Ensure security, scalability and performance of cloud-based solutions
  • Manage requirements and analyze processes while providing technical leadership in projects
  • Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure integration and automation
  • Support architecture decisions and communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimize cloud costs and resource usage
Your profile
  • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud and infrastructure environments
  • Strong professional experience in designing and operating cloud infrastructures, with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Experience with at least one additional hyperscaler such as AWS, GCP or Alibaba Cloud (multi-cloud environments)
  • Solid knowledge of cloud architectures, software development processes (DevOps, CI/CD) and cloud security best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to define a clear technical vision and support its implementation across different stakeholder groups
  • Additional qualifications such as Microsoft Azure certifications, experience with hybrid cloud architectures, knowledge of cloud sovereignty concepts or observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus) are considered a plus
  • Fluent English & German / Portuguese (depending on location)

Als Azure Cloud Architect (all genders) konzipierst, entwickelst und gestaltest du moderne Cloud-Architekturen mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft Azure. Du arbeitest an komplexen Cloud- und Infrastrukturprojekten, definierst Standards und Best Practices und stellst sichere, skalierbare und leistungsfähige Cloud-Lösungen sicher.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Design von Betriebsmodellen der entsprechenden Cloud-Plattform (Fokus Microsoft Azure)
  • Gestaltung nachhaltiger Security- und Managementprozesse zur Steuerung der implementierten Applikationen und Services
  • Entwicklung von Blueprints, Best Practices und Architekturstandards für die Cloud-Infrastruktur
  • Sicherstellung der Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit der Cloud-Lösungen
  • Anforderungsmanagement und Prozessanalyse sowie aktive technische Steuerung von Kundenprojekten
  • Absicherung von fertigen Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung, um Integration und Automatisierung zu gewährleisten
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis im Cloud- / Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure und Terraform 
  • Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse in Bezug auf Cloudarchitekturen, Software-Development-Prozesse (DevOps Praktiken, CI/ CD) und die resultierenden Projektaufgaben
  • Erfahrung mit mindestens einem weiteren Hyperscaler wie AWS, GCP oder AliCloud (für Multi-Cloud-Kontexte) oder auch STACKIT
  • Fähigkeit, eine klare Vision und Strategie zu definieren und deren Umsetzung bei einer Vielzahl von Interessengruppen zu fördern und zu unterstützen
  • Idealerweise sind Zertifizierungen im MS Azure Bereich vorhanden
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse bei Standort in Deutschland
